By downloading, accessing, or using Calci Ai, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and the provider of Calci Ai. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility and Account Model
- You must comply with applicable law when using the app.
- The current app does not require creating a traditional username/password account.
3. License
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, lawful purposes.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where law permits.
- You may not misuse the app, APIs, or infrastructure.
- You may not use the app for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
4. Service Description
Calci Ai provides meal logging and nutrition estimation features, including text, voice, and image-based analysis, weight trajectory projections, wellness estimates, reminders, and subscription-related functionality. Features may change over time.
5. Your Content and Permissions
You may submit meal text, voice recordings, photos, and notes. You retain your rights in your content, but you grant us and our processors permission to process it to operate app features.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload submitted content.
- You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- On iOS, if you choose to connect Apple Health, authorized Apple Health data is used for in-app wellness estimates and is processed locally on your device in the current implementation.
6. AI and Nutrition Disclaimer
AI-generated nutrition results and weight projections are estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Body Age, Fitness Age, Metabolic Age, and similar wellness scores are motivational estimates and not clinical measurements, biological age tests, or disease-risk assessments. The app is not a medical device and is not medical advice, diagnosis, prevention, monitoring, treatment, or cure. Consult qualified professionals before making medical, nutrition, weight-loss, or fitness decisions.
7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Restores
- Paid features may be offered via subscriptions or in-app purchases.
- Billing is handled by Apple App Store.
- RevenueCat may be used to manage subscription entitlements, restore status, and tracking-only attribution signals (for example Facebook anonymous ID, permitted device identifiers, and raw device name).
- For App Store privacy labeling, purchase history is currently disclosed as collected but not linked to your identity.
- Refund, cancellation, and renewal terms are governed by the relevant app store rules and applicable law.
8. Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party services including OpenAI, Firebase, RevenueCat, Meta App Events, and Usercentrics.
Their services and policies may change independently.
Calci Ai does not collect Apple-defined sensitive information classes such as sexual orientation, pregnancy/childbirth, disability, religion, politics, genetics, biometrics, or race/ethnicity.
In the current implementation, Apple Health metrics used for body/fitness features are not uploaded to our servers or third-party processors.
On supported iOS flows, consent and ATT choices may affect how tracking-related SDK settings are applied; Facebook advertiser tracking and IDFA usage are ATT-dependent.
Firebase analytics is used for screen/funnel and product interaction event names without profile payload fields, and manual Facebook app logging is limited to paywall/subscription conversion events (for example paywall_viewed, StartTrial, Subscribe, and purchase events when applicable).
Based on bundled SDK privacy manifests, conservative App Store disclosures also include tracking-related User ID and Product Interaction categories and non-linked diagnostics categories (Crash Data and Other Diagnostic Data).
Apple is not responsible for this app's content or support obligations except where required by law.
9. Acceptable Use Restrictions
- No interference with app security, availability, or normal operation.
- No automated abuse, scraping, or attacks against the service.
- No use of the app in violation of export controls, sanctions, or other applicable regulations.
10. Intellectual Property
The app, branding, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the provider and protected by law.
11. Warranty Disclaimer and Liability Limit
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from app use.
12. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, to protect users/systems, or where required by legal or operational reasons.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after publication of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. You agree to attempt informal resolution first by contacting quantumapps25@gmail.com. If unresolved, disputes fall under the competent courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
